We’re delighted to share some fantastic news from our recent Garden Centre Association (GCA) Inspection.
Earlier this week, we celebrated receiving more than 23 Award of Merit certificates, recognising the high standards we maintain across every area of Gordale. These awards cover a wide range of categories, including our plant departments, catering, customer facilities, accessibility, displays and overall customer experience. Every certificate reflects the hard work, passion and commitment of our team, who strive every day to create the best possible experience for our customers.
One achievement we’re especially proud of is receiving 100% for Customer Service. Providing a warm welcome, expert advice and exceptional service has always been at the heart of what we do, and it’s wonderful to see that recognised by the GCA inspectors.
The Garden Centre Association inspections are among the most respected in the industry, assessing garden centres against rigorous standards across retail, horticulture, catering, environmental practices and customer care. Receiving so many Awards of Merit is a real testament to the dedication of every member of the Gordale team.
