Step into the magic of Christmas and make some special festive memories with a visit to our Charity Santa’s Grotto at Gordale.

Make your way through our festive Grotto before enjoying your own special visit with Santa, where every child and infant will receive a Christmas gift to take home.

And your visit will be helping to make a difference too. 100% of every ticket price is donated to Hospice of the Good Shepherd, supporting the vital work of this wonderful local charity.

Advance booking is essential – Santa’s Grotto is always incredibly popular, so we recommend booking early to secure your preferred date and time.

Friday: 10.45am–6.30pm
Saturday: 11.00am–5.00pm
Sunday: 11.00am–4.30pm

Wednesday 23rd December: closes at 4.00pm

Quiet Time at Santa’s Grotto

We want as many families as possible to be able to experience the magic of Christmas at Gordale, which is why we’ll once again be offering Quiet Time on selected dates.

During Quiet Time, the Grotto has fewer visitors, static and dimmed lighting and quieter music, creating a calmer environment while keeping all the festive magic of the experience.

Quiet Time is open to everyone, so simply choose whichever date and experience works best for your family.

Good to know

Everyone entering the Grotto requires a ticket, including adults and babies in arms. Infant tickets are for babies under 12 months.

Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your booked time to allow plenty of time to make your way to the Grotto and check in.

The Grotto is located within our undercover canopy area. Although sheltered, it can get chilly, so please wrap up warm.

Your tickets will be sent to you by email after booking. Please have your tickets ready when you arrive.
