Quiet Time Santa’s Grotto sessions have been introduced for children that would prefer to experience a calmer environment.

Visitors can enjoy the magical adventure through the wonderland before reaching Santa’s enchanting grotto, where a friendly elf will lead you to meet Santa. The experience will be modified so that there are fewer families during the session, the twinkling lights will be switched off and the music will be turned down low.

This is a charity grotto run by The Hospice of the Good Shepherd, who receive 100% of the ticket price. The grotto is located in our undercover canopy area, so please wear warm clothing as it may get a little chilly..

The Quiet Time Santa’s Grotto sessions will operate on the following dates:

Tuesday 17th December from 4.30-6.30pm

Wednesday 18th December from 4.30-6.30pm

Ticket prices: £8 per child, £4 per infant & £1 per adult

Child and infant tickets include an age appropriate gift from Santa.

Please note:

• Each 15 minute slot will have multiple children booked in – the time slots are simply a guide to reduce queue times for you. Please arrive at the start of your time slot.
• Advanced booking is essential – book now to avoid disappointment.
• Times slots for ALL Santa’s Grotto sessions must be purchased in advance.
• All adults, children and infants must have a valid ticket to enter the Grotto
• Tickets will be sent to you via email, please check your junk emails if you cannot find your tickets.

On the day:

Please arrive at the beginning of your time slot to ensure all children have the opportunity to see Santa within their estimated slot.

Tickets can be presented via a paper e-ticket, or on smart phones and tablets.

Refund policy

Christmas Charity Grotto tickets are non-refundable.
