Infant tickets are for babies under 12 months.\nPlease arrive at least 10 minutes before your booked time to allow plenty of time to make your way to the Grotto and check in.\nThe Grotto is located within our undercover canopy area. Although sheltered, it can get chilly, so please wrap up warm.\nYour tickets will be sent to you by email after booking. Please have your tickets ready when you arrive.\nTickets are non-refundable.
