Embark on a magical adventure as you wander along the path, taking in the snow-covered displays, festive characters and twinkling lights. A cheerful elf will guide you into the Grotto where Santa is waiting to greet you. Ho, ho, ho!\n\nCharity Santa’s Grotto 2025 is operated by the Hospice of the Good Shepherd ( https://hospiceofthegoodshepherd.com/ ), who will receive 100% of the ticket price.\n\n\nLocated in our undercover canopy area, the Grotto is indoors but please wear suitable clothing for the weather as it can get a little chilly!\n\n\n\nCharity Santa’s Grotto 2025 opens at 11am on Saturday 29th November and runs until Tuesday 23rd December.\n\n\nOnline booking is essential, so please book early to avoid disappointment.\n\n\nGrotto Opening Times:\n11am – 5pm, weekends\n1pm – 6.30pm, weekdays\n\n\n\nTicket Prices\n£8 per child*\n£4 per infant*\n£1 per adult\n* includes a gift from Santa\n\n\n\n.     \nBACK FOR 2025!\n\n\nQuiet-Time Grotto Experience\n\n\n\n\nThis experience is for children that would prefer a quieter environment. During these sessions, there will be fewer visitors, low-level music and the twinkling lights will be turned off.
