What are we looking for?

As a family run firm we look for staff who are passionate about joining a hard working team actively offering our customers a first class service. You must be committed, adaptable and flexible and willing to put yourself out to ensure customer satisfaction.

You must be able to impart knowledge in a friendly, efficient and competent way. Your role will be varied from season to season and day to day as our centre reflects the changing demands of our customer.

Whilst previous experience is not essential, you will be expected to spend time to learn about the products we sell, not only in your own department but across the store.

Gordale has a very loyal team, many of our senior staff have worked for the company in excess of 15 years.
